Central Region Cooperative has signed an asset purchase agreement for portions of Farmers Cooperative of Hanska
Central Region Cooperative (CRC) has signed a letter of intent to purchase portions of Farmers Cooperative of Hanska’s (FCH) agronomy, grain and energy assets.
FCH will need to get approval of the asset sales from their current lender and membership. Informational meetings and a membership vote will be planned in the month of March.
CRC is committed to providing products, services and sales support to patrons of FCH, bringing value and exceptional service they can rely on. A strong team is key to delivering this level of service. Upon approval of Farmers Cooperative of Hanska’s lender and membership, CRC will look to hire those currently employed by FCH as we look to merge processes, plans and structures.
Central Region Cooperative looks forward to serving the patrons of FCH. It welcomes the opportunity to bring on additional employees, building an even stronger workforce to meet agricultural needs in the communities it is proud to be a part of.
