CRC-BISS Letter of Intent

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

On Thursday, April 14, 2022, Central Region Cooperative and Bird Island Soil Service Center signed a Letter of Intent for Central Region Cooperative to purchase Bird Island Soil Service Center Inc. 

Bird Island Soil Service Center is a member owned cooperative located in Bird Island, MN. It offers a complete line of fertilizers, crop protection products, application services, seed, soil sampling and agronomy services. 

The members of Bird Island Soil Service will vote on the sale of assets and dissolution at a Special Meeting to be held on Friday, April 29, 2022.
